Thank you for the awesome post! This is very beautifully written, and it is so true! As someone who studied the brain in college, I know that sound waves can help the brain a lot. My biggest fear is an illness that would harm my brain, and quickly deteriorate it. Sound waves are great to use during meditation as well and can make it even more effective.

I believe in healing the brain for sure. Every day, we go through so much and are put in front of so much, especially with social media. It’s difficult to keep up with it all. Brain wave sounds are much like a form of meditation. I listened to the video and it helped me relax! Amazing! Thank you!

I was astonished some weeks ago when I saw a post on sounds that relaxes dogs and music for dogs. I know this is not related to this topic but it’s all sounds…

Quite interesting website, I came to read the heal the brain article and I must say you’re right when you say there’s so much pollution around us, the video is interesting to listen and I was wondering if I should listen to it often? Or how often do you suggest is good for anyone to listen to it.
