Thanks for your post! In just a few lines of text, you have outlined a truly important aspect of humanity. That is true. Creativity, or the ability to provide creative solutions to problems is going to come in handy very soon. For example, once AI will begin taking away people’s jobs, their only savior will be the creative way of solving problems. Computers will not be able to be creative, or to out-create humans in the near future.
Yes.. so true. And, AI has proven very creative also, when used in combination with problem solving. AI computers programmed to talk with each other, invented their own language, and the scientist could no longer follow… one wonders how we will fill our time then…
Its difficult these days to find that open mind and that truly creative spirit. Our culture has definitely squashed much creativity from us and our children in an effort to mold us into what society wants us to be – all the same working our 9-5. Its a good thing that people like Einstein didn’t allow conformity to shape him.
Yes… it needs courage to walk ways lesser trotted indeed… and the outcome can be unsure. Science just started to understand the brain, and its cognitive and creative processes. Many of those insights are used already in apps on tablets with great success like mind maps and other genius ones.
