This is a very interesting read. As someone with ADHD I tend to hyper focus on something and want to work until I’m successful which means I tend to ignore other important parts of life as well. Something that helps me is setting timers and only allowing myself work on ( or forcing myself to do something unprefferred ) for a certain amount of time.
